PRO-PRIO-CEPTION
Tweet |
Increase your sense of self in relation to your body, environment and to finite time.
Employing techniques related to proprioception, or the orientation of one's limbs in space, participants will engage in an aggressive regimen of body-weight-based exercises and observational mental tasks in dialogue with specific urban environments. The group will walk from east to west, mimicking the sun's cycle as we train in mindfulness, pinpoint our weaknesses, exercise vulnerability and perform with openness. As we enact these concepts as actions, we will endure a triathlon of time: quickly, slowly, and still. But don't think it won’t hurt.
This walk holds 10 people.
